Do You Take Sleeping Pills? Read this.

Did you know that taking as few as 1-18 sleeping pills a year is associated with a 3.6 times increase in risk of death? Taking sleeping pills more than twice a week is associated with a 5.3 times increase in death risk! A study of 24,000 people published on February 27, 2012, in BMJ also confirms that taking sleeping pills increases the chances of getting cancer by 35%. We’ve always known that sleeping pills have significant side effects (addiction risk, “hangover” effect, memory loss, etc.), but now, more than ever, it’s time for a new alternative.
